Friendly running club with Tuesday evening runs from Fleckney and Saddington and Thursday evening runs from Kibworth. Three pace groups to suit all abilities. Also runs Couch to 5K programmes from Kibworth Methodist Church Hall.

Taekwon-do classes at Kibworth Village Hall with 8th degree master and instructor Steve Taylor. All ages welcome, contact Steve to come and try Taekwon-do.

Warm up, light weights and resistance work, aerobic dance, cool down and relaxation. Suitable for all ages. Please bring a mat and water. First class free.
