Dynamic pilates class with bands and weights (optional). All levels welcome, classes adapted for all levels of health and fitness. Fully qualified pilates instructor and personal trainer.

Small and intimate setting for people affected by early dementia together with their carers, where they can relax, chat and laugh together. Run in partnership with Dementia Harborough.

Exercise class for those aged 60+, focusing on strength, balance and general fitness. Seated, supported and standing exercises using balls, bands and weights, set to music from the 70s to 90s. First session free.
